I guess Sci-Fi is the right place to stick this, because there isn't any mecha catagory in Devart... *sniff*
Anyway, a few quick concepts of a robot for a sidescroller that Soder, Andy and I (and whatever other programmers we can hijack) may be putting together. The launchers on his ack do not fire rockets but rather monkeys wearing fez's.
hehe, this is nifty, (FEZ MONKEYYYYYYYYZZZ!!!) i'm really digggin the desing of this thing, giving it no armz makes it kinda unique and it looks like a cool amoured suit rather that some shitty pile of metal like from those lame old mechwarrior gamez XD also, the shadows which you've dpone here a really nice tey give a kinda neat feeling of space and such which is always neat
Heh, thankye for the comment. I like this piece, doing the silhouette first and then cutting out details was a nice experiment. Thanks for the +fav as well, makes me real happeh
Yeah, Canberra is a bit lacking in the music department, ever since Impact Records closed... Landspeed and JB in civic still sell good records.
Whereabouts in Aus are you?
And oh yes, you have great taste in movies and music.
Ooh...
Fave bands... NIN, Tool, Cog, APC, Miles Davis, Breed 77, Radiohead, Muse, Children of Bodom, John Butler Trio... quite a range.
Movies: Fear & Loathing, 28 Days Later, Requiem for a Dream, Trainspotting, Battle Royale, The Good-Bad-Ugly... quite a few again.
...hehe mfez monkeyz X'D
My dad lives there... seems nice enough but kinda hard to find good record stores.
